What’s your minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces of items, or £100 excluding vat.


Are prices including VAT?

No, all prices are excluding VAT. The VAT will be charged in your invoice at the end of the order. There is no VAT on orders placed from within the European countries.


How will I know if a product is out of stock?

If the item you are looking for is out of stock it will appear as being “out of stock “on the product page. We sometimes get more stock of a product so please email us for more details.


Can I place order by phone and email?

Yes, you can place orders by phone and email. However, your orders will be postponed until all online orders have been completed. We highly recommend customers to order online directly. If you are unable to order online, please email your order to [email protected] Please note that the orders placed via email are processed before the ones placed via phone. For email and phone orders, customer are instructed to supply an accurate company name, shipping address, billing address, contact phone number and customer’s name.


What countries do you ship to?

We offer delivery to most destinations across the world, Please contact us for more details. .


Will I need to pay customs duty on my order?

Each country has a different rule in regards to custom duty; we advise that you contact your local postal service to find out more about the costs in your country. Our shipping costs DO NOT include any customs or import duties.



Will I get a copy of invoice?

Yes, all order will be issued with an invoice. You will receive them in the parcel at same time, one copy of commercial invoice and one copy of Performa invoice.


How long should I wait for my orders to be completed?

Orders are processed on the same day if ordered before 3pm. Please allow delays during busy season. Our working days are Monday - Friday (9:00am-6:30pm).


Can I add a new item to an existing order?

Yes, if the order is placed in the same day before 3pm, we can add more goods in your existing order. Or you will have to place a separate order.


What payment methods do you accept?

Why was my order cancelled?

If we are unable to contact a customer in 48 hours after completion of an order OR a customer has failed to clear payment in 48 hours, the order will be cancelled automatically.


When will I receive my order?

All orders placed BEFORE 3pm, are dispatched on the same day. All orders cleared by 3pm, Monday to Thursday, are delivered on the next day. All orders placed after 3pm on a Thursday will be delivered by the following Monday, we do not offer a delivery service on weekends or bank holidays. If an order is placed any time after 3pm on a Friday and over the weekend, the delivery is made on the following Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered in 2 working days. During busy sale periods Next Day Delivery option may not be available. Any changes will be stated in delivery information. ** Please note that the above described delivery services apply in absence of any unforeseen weather conditions or natural disasters or any condition that may be out of our control and IF our courier services are functioning normally. These dates and times for delivery are not guaranteed and are all subject to availability from our on-site warehouse.


How do I return or exchange an item?

We aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible; it is therefore paramount that the customer informs us of the fault as soon as discovered, so that we may promptly resolve the issue. In the unlikely event that our goods are faulty, the customer needs to email us on [email protected] with the description and photos of the faulty products first and then wait for our stuff to reply back to you in regards to the case. Your satisfaction is what we strive for. Please read the details below when you decide to return the product, which can help us to make the return swiftly. Returns will only be accepted during a 14 day period (from the date the products were received), and only with product quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage). The customer will have to pay for the return postage of the item. We rely on your cooperation to be able to solve the issue promptly. All products returned should be in their original condition and packaging. We don’t replace or refund any product which has been used or where tags have been removed. Upon receiving the faulty item, we offer the following solutions: Full refund on your next order- The total outstanding credit from your returns can be deducted from your next order. Credit Note: Can be issued and deducted from your next order within 6 months of your returns. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer that the returned products are prevented from any damage or deformation during transport and delivery. Where are the handbags made?

Our handbags are designed by our talented team of fashion accessory designers. Taking their influences from the across the world of fashion, each season they design a stunning range of handbags and accessories. We have established relationships with our manufacturers in China, who help us to make our visions a reality.


Are your bags made of leather?

We have introduced a selection of Italian leather handbags and purses to compliment the main non-leather range. Our leather bags are all made in Italy from our manufacturers based there. We dedicate a lot of time into sourcing the best quality materials to ensure that you get a beautiful bag at a great value.


Can you produce custom bag designs on order ?

We can produce your own design but we accept an order on a set minimum quantity. Please contact us for more information.
